  • TLS configuration tuned to current best practices (cipher suites, HSTS, OCSP stapling)
  • Dependency and patch monitoring with prompt remediation
  • Access logging with anomaly review

Audits & Reporting

  • 1 security configuration audit per month, including:
    • Written report on findings and remediation steps
    • OWASP Top 10 alignment checks for hosted applications
    • Header and policy review (CSP, CORS, permissions policy)
Scope note: This tier covers infrastructure and configuration security — hardened hosting, not application-layer penetration testing or formal compliance certification (SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
